Spring 2026 Clay classes!

These 10-week clay sessions are designed to inspire kids to create a body of work that is unique to each child. The first 9 classes, kids will be making their art and the 10th and final class will be the artist share where kids will celebrate their body of work with family & friends! Kids will be introduced to hand-building techniques using earthenware clay and surface embellishment through drawing and painting with colored glazes. They will be encouraged to share their stories, thoughts and interests through the sculptural and functional objects they make. There will be structured projects to help give them direction, but freedom to experiment and take their ideas in any direction they choose. The child is the visionary… the way they see the world and how they express it is the most important thing. And of course we have a lot of fun!!
